Sierra Club Outings, run by volunteers since 1901, aim to get people to protect wild places by going on cool outdoor adventures. Carol Dienger has been a volunteer for over 55 years. She led 86 outings across three continents and blazed a trail for women's Outings. She also passed on her love for the outdoors to her kids, including her daughter Jenny Moon, who's now an active Outings Leader.
